6/29/12 ...Therapy...and More Therapy..what a help.

Bill now walks with out a cane and he drives.  The therapist continues to come to the house two days a week.  The core of it all are the GLUTES..your but muscles.  Please refer to the earlier posting I did on the BASIC CHAIR SQUATS.  I watched the terapist and he pointed out the difference in Bill's weak side and how to help him with this.  Perhaps you can Google photos of GLUTE exercises, as their are many.  Doing them properly is the key.  Especially when you go to sit down in the chair, you do not sit down all the way.  Just hold that position a few moments and you can feel it in the top of your legs.  All of the GLUTE  excercises you do will keep you from falling.  They will give you more energy.  We can never be too blonde and we can never have to many mucscles of the hips, GLUTES  and thighs. I continue to work on mine!
