Always good to return home, after a good few days out!  Lucky to have fun and good weather and a good birthday celebration!  Now reality sets in.

I invite you to get on .  What for you might be asking!  For starters to learn to take care of muscles you might have missed.  For women they are the muscles that control the urinary part of your body.  There is also alot of information for men on this subject.  For women they have a good write up on The Top 10 Most Common Kegel Excercise Mistakes Women Make.  I will give you a clue you might already know.  Doing these exercises in the car is a good time to do them, for women, NOT MEN!  The best part if you have someone in the car with you, they will NEVER! know you are doing these exercises. It takes at least 8-10 weeks before you notice a significant improvement.  The best thing you can do is keep exercising.

For men, always have your bladder checked and your prostrate levels.  In men, incontinence is often related to prostate problems..  Men can also try pelvic-floor exercises like Kegels also.  For a man, if your bladder squeezes at the wrong time, or if it squeezes too hard, urine may leak out.
