Welcome
Come join me in this adventure, be one of my followers! There are no web sites for Women 70 and Over...I am in the process of making one and following seven women. So here goes with my Blog, which will be part of my web site. Today is December 27, 2011. I have done my four mile walk this early a.m. I will soon be off to the therapist for walking alignment. I am at a time in my life when you can easily break a leg or arm, and that's not show biz, instead real life. Two of my friends broke their arms in one week. It happens QUICK! Whats going on with you? How are you saving yourself from the demons?
